Google’s Universal Privacy Policy Class Action Lawsuit Dismissed

A US Magistrate in San Jose has dismissed a class action lawsuit challenging Google’s universal privacy policy, finding that plaintiffs failed to prove any injury caused by Google’s co-mingling of their data across all services used.
